For the last part of my workout with Tom, we put everything together from the skills we built on

If I closed out he had to react and go to his pullup. If I didn't, it was the quick trigger shot we worked on previously

From the first to the last part of our workout, we had a structure throughout. Workouts should follow a specific theme, implementing different skills that compound in a seamless way

With that structure, you can create a development plan that'll bear fruit if you keep working diligently over time
