Tom Workout Pt. 3 - Quick Trigger Shots
In the next part of our workout, Tom and I worked on some quick trigger shots
As you can see, Tom is reacting when I say "Go" and he's turning his body quickly to get balanced and get his shot off fast
I had him turning to the left and right to get reps with different footwork. And also the constant repetition will not only help him release his shot faster, but also help him get more power into his shot more quickly
