Aisling Workout Pt. 2 - Short Roll Series

In the next part of my workout with Aisling, we worked on some passes off the short roll

As a post player sometimes you'll get the ball on a delayed roll. But there are instances where the guard might hit you with a pocket pass right away after you roll.

So you need to be ready to make a move from the high post once you receive the ball. In this video Aisling did:

1. Quick Shot (could be a jump shot or floater)

2. Rip Right

3. Rip Left

In the next video, you'll see some additional moves we did from the short roll
