Aisling Workout Pt. 1 - Low Post Series

Last week I had the pleasure of working out with Aisling , a post player with so much potential!

After the Mikan warmup, we got into some post series work:

1. Jump Hook

2. Running Hook

3. Counter

4. Baseline Rip

We also covered the jab jumper and some pick and roll stuff, which you'll see in coming videos

Playing in the post is about footwork, positioning, and patience. Master those 3 things and you'll become a dominant post player in no time
