Tom Workout Pt. 1 - 1 Dribble Pullup
Had a good workout with my guy Tom last week!
The workout was broken into 4 parts, each of which was layered from the previous drill and you'll see that in each video posted
To start, we worked on some explosive 1 dribble pullups off a catch. He was sliding to a spot and once he received the ball, he had to cover ground and get to his pullup.
The key is to ensure that you stay balanced when moving into your pullup footwork because it can affect your shot. Tom did a great job of remaining balanced and knocking shots down throughout this first drill
