Aisling Workout Pt. 4 - Jab Jumper
To finish up my workout with Aisling, we worked on her jab jumper.
It's one of my favorite moves as a post player because it's a simple and effective way to get a bucket
With a quick jab and shift of the ball, you open up yourself for essentially a wide open jump shot
Plus, that jab can also make your defender overthink and give you a wide open driving lane
