Here's part 2 of my workout with Daniel—this time we're working out of the high post.

A quick rip and go and then the addition of the spin if the defense cuts you off are moves applicable for all positions on the court.

No need to stand a dribble when you can make a quick and efficient move to the basket, potentially getting an AND-1 in the process
