Who is this camp run by?
The camp is led by Coach Conroy Baltimore, founder of Box Out Academy and a Professional coach based in Dublin.
Conroy, a former professional basketball player, has worked with players of all levels, helping them improve their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game through structured, focused training.
His approach is built on creating the right environment — one where players are challenged, supported, and given the attention they need to develop properly.
This camp is an extension of that approach, bringing players into a professional, well-organised setting where they can improve both on and off the court.
We aim to ensure that players will leave the camp more confident, more independent, and with a clearer understanding of how to train and compete at a higher level.
